We work with Fidelity to help you plan for your future.

We are closed agency-wide with the exception of crisis teams on Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.  Any crisis team member working on a holiday receives bonus compensation.

Employees at NEBS receive a 10% discount on ABA certificate and masters programs offered through Florida Institute of Technology. In addition, we offer a 10% discount on any program offered at Capella University.

Ongoing ABA training and supervision from a Licensed Behavior Analyst are a crucial component of our therapy model.

Not RBT certified?  NEBS will pay for your training and reimburse testing and certification fees

Staff are compensated for mileage and for time spent driving at any time they are driving between 2 work locations.

NEBS provides excellent compensation packages for clinicians and full-time therapists. 

We provide a range of health care insurance options to meet each staff's individual coverage needs.  For dental, plan offerings are from Blue Cross and Delta Dental.

NEBS has a generous vacation allowance for both therapists and clinicians.  First year therapists start out with a minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation, with increases in vacation assigned according to years employed and licensure level.

NEBS clinicians participate in ongoing clinical training opportunities and monthly CEUs.  Full-time therapists and interns receive regular training and oversight at the graduate level.

We work with Fidelity to assist staff with planning and saving for retirement.

All full-time staff have major holidays off, with the opportunity to earn additional holidays off with seniority.

Full-time staff at NEBS receive 40 hours of paid sick time per year.

NEBS staff are compensated for travel between any two work locations.

Several options are available to assist staff with advancing their knowledge of ABA.  NEBS provides partial tuition reimbursement for ABA courses taken at masters and doctoral lev at local universities.  In addition, all full-time staff are eligible to receive a 10% tuition discount at Florida Institute of Technology.  Finally, staff who apply and are accepted into our BCBA internship program are eligible for 100% employer paid tuition in Florida Institute of Technology's masters program in ABA.
