We partner with educators to align ABA strategies with academic goals—so students can learn, participate, and feel successful at school.
When a student is referred out-of-district but cannot yet find a permanent placement, local schools often require our educational services as an intermediary solution. In these cases, NEBS provides center-based programming to ensure that students continue their education and receive therapeutic supports while awaiting placement. This prevents interruptions in learning and helps
students maintain progress during transitions.
We collaborate directly with teachers, aides, and school teams to create consistent strategies that support learning, behavior, and social development. Our clinicians can provide 1:1 support, develop behavior intervention plans, and train staff in evidence-based strategies.
Our focus is on building skills that matter for academic and social growth: following routines, staying on task, listening to group instructions, asking for help appropriately, and interacting positively with peers.
We communicate closely with school staff, special education teams, and related service providers (e.g., OT, Speech) to make sure strategies are consistent across the day.
